SJM has been writing and producing shows with children and young people for the last 15 years, working all over Edinburgh. Our scripts are all original works, written and produce by us and our team, and performed with the groups that we work with!
Our scripts have been written specifically with large, primary school sized groups in mind, to allow everyone to be kept really busy with lots to learn! Our scripts are a delightful Scottish tale on some story classics – so students get stories they know and love, with a Scottish twist, pantomime humour and modern song adaptations!
Kids love that everyone has a part to play, and that every child can be involved in different songs and dances! We encourage picking different soloists and perhaps a dance troupe to really let each child shine to their very best potential!
We can also offer support with how to tailor your script to your school, with hilarious local references, customisable details and lots of different music choices to choose from.
