These are individual COMMUNICATION AND PERFORMANCE qualifications that our students can now achieve by attending some extra sessions with our tutors. These exams are a fantastic opportunity to learn key skills that will benefit our students not just in their performance, but long term.

 

• Strong speaking voice

• Improve reading fluency

• Broaden their vocabulary

• Enhanced memory and recall

• Improved English language skills

• The tools to build a persuasive argument or debate

• Exams are UCAS recognised and can earn UCAS points

• Exams can be used to help gain Duke of Edinburgh Awards

 

LAMDA is a world-renowned drama school, who provide vocational classes for their students in their London venue. To this end, they are recognised as an exam-awarding organisation, and these exams are now offered and recognised internationally.

 

Very much in line with the ethos at SJM & EAS, LAMDA exams place accessibility to everyone, regardless of their previous experience or knowledge, at the heart of what they do. This is another great reason why we know that these exams are the best fit for us.

 

On top of this: most of our sessions are remote and can be done via Zoom, so no hassle with carving too much time into busy weeks to attend them!
